Enjoy a bath with the benefits of Aromatherapy to relax and calm.
Preparing your Bath: Fill a bath of water between (37° – 40° C). This temperature range is important. If the bath is any cooler, your pores will not open and absorb the minerals and elements efficiently. If the bath is too hot, your pores will sweat also preventing proper absorption.
Add 1/2 – 3/4 cup of Soakology bath salts to the water, allow the salts to dissolve completely and then soak in the bath for 15 – 20 minutes. Remaining in the bath for longer period of time will provide no additional benefits.
